In addition to our outfits and park essentials. There are obviously other neccessities and these are my favorites!
Before all else, staying healthy and feeling good are the top priority. Disney World can be tiring, changes in food, activity level, environment, etc can all take a toll on your body and mind if you aren't prepared. Goli has been such a life saver for me in daily life and I never travel without my favorites.
ACV Gummies are great for bloating. I have always been a fan of Apple Cider Vinegar. I love the health benefits but struggle with the harsh taste. The Goli ACV Gummies taste so good!
Pre/Post/Pro-biotics: LIFE-CHANGING for me. I cannot begin to describe how well these have worked for me. I struggled with nausea and vomiting daily, no matter how healthy I ate. These cleared that up so quickly and I never leave for a trip without them now. I try to maintain a healthy-ish diet at Disney but I also want to enjoy those 'Ohana Noodles! I know now that I can do that and not feel terrible afterward.
Ashwagandha Gummies are another essential for me. They help reduce stress and anxiety without making me feel weird, just a little relaxed. My husband takes these occassionally too as they help him sleep better.
Lastly, the Dreamy Sleep Gummies are perfect to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night without waking up groggy. Use my link https://go.goli.com/dolls or Promo Code: DOLLS for a discount on your purchase.
My kids LOVE their Multi-bites. They actually ASK to take their vitamins because they are like a little treat to them. These bites help support a healthy immune system. They take their Calm-bites in the evening to help them wind down from the day and sleep well.
I also keep a small first aid kit packed at all times so that I can throw it in the pack when packing. It includes:
