Packing for a Disney Vacation

In addition to our outfits and park essentials. There are obviously other neccessities and these are my favorites!

Before all else, staying healthy and feeling good are the top priority. Disney World can be tiring, changes in food, activity level, environment, etc can all take a toll on your body and mind if you aren't prepared. Goli has been such a life saver for me in daily life and I never travel without my favorites.

ACV Gummies are great for bloating. I have always been a fan of Apple Cider Vinegar. I love the health benefits but struggle with the harsh taste. The Goli ACV Gummies taste so good!

Pre/Post/Pro-biotics: LIFE-CHANGING for me. I cannot begin to describe how well these have worked for me. I struggled with nausea and vomiting daily, no matter how healthy I ate. These cleared that up so quickly and I never leave for a trip without them now. I try to maintain a healthy-ish diet at Disney but I also want to enjoy those 'Ohana Noodles! I know now that I can do that and not feel terrible afterward.

Ashwagandha Gummies are another essential for me. They help reduce stress and anxiety without making me feel weird, just a little relaxed. My husband takes these occassionally too as they help him sleep better.

Lastly, the Dreamy Sleep Gummies are perfect to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night without waking up groggy. Use my link https://go.goli.com/dolls or Promo Code: DOLLS for a discount on your purchase.

My kids LOVE their Multi-bites. They actually ASK to take their vitamins because they are like a little treat to them. These bites help support a healthy immune system. They take their Calm-bites in the evening to help them wind down from the day and sleep well.

I also keep a small first aid kit packed at all times so that I can throw it in the pack when packing. It includes:

  • Band-Aids: lots of cute options, of course. Welly band-aids are my favorite as they don't irritate our skin like some other brands. They are flexible, waterproof and come in so many cute options.
  • Antibiotic ointment
  • Prescription eczema cream
  • Aloe vera, just in case!
  • Antacids
  • Pain medicine (like Tylenol, Advil, etc.)
  • Kids pain medicine
  • Sinus/allergy medicine
  • Eyedrops

I also keep a toiletry bag packed at all times, as well:

  • Toothbrush
  • Toothpaste
  • Floss
(even though I love the WDW soap/shampoo/conditioner and typically use it while there)
  • Soap
  • Shampoo
  • Hair conditioner
  • Deodorant
  • Sunscreen
  • Facial moisturizer
  • Face wash
  • Body lotion
  • Makeup
  • Make-up remover
  • Q-Tips
  • Tampons/pads
  • Razors
  • Shaving cream
  • Nail kit including: Tweezers, Nail clippers and a Nail file
  • Hair brush/comb
  • Hair gel/mousse
  • Hair spray
  • Hot Brush and Hair Straightener
  • Travel Size pack of Kleenex
  • Hand sanitizer to refill our park bag bottles
Other supplies:

  • Navage: My Navage which is a life saver with my allergy issues! I was given a Navage for Christmas a few years ago and it has been so beneficial, especially when traveling. If you suffer from allergy issues, you know that visiting the slightest different climate and anger your sinuses so much. I never travel without my Navage!
  • Cleaning Wipes: I always pack cleaning wipes for small clean ups in the room.
  • Phones & Chargers
  • Waterproof pouch
  • Headphones
  • Laptop & chargers
  • Tablets & Chargers
  • External battery pack
  • Umbrella or rain ponchos
  • Large Ziploc bags
  • Small sewing kit
  • Over-the-door shoe organizer - some other organizational item. I like these because I can hang them and have one for each kid with an outfit per day.
  • Stain wipes
  • Wrinkle release spray
  • Pillows & Sheets/Blankets
  • Pennies & quarters for pressing
  • Pins for trading
  • Books
  • Multi-Tool - because you never know when you might need it!
  • Flashlight for walking around the resort at night.
That's a lot to pack! Next up: HOW to pack it!

Packing for Disney's Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom is so different from the other parks. It always feels so much more relaxed and laid back on this day. Even though, we tend to go to Animal Kingdom earlier than any other park. I'm looking forward to really exploring AK this time, just the two of us. We have zero plans on our itinerary for this day. We will wining it, for sure! So, cute and casual outfit for the AK day....

Of course, my trusty Park Bag:

And, all the essentials...

Ponchos for the inevitable downpour:

LOVE these little fans. They are small, rechargable and powerful. Perfect for cooling off on hot park days and they fit easily in any bag I take.

I always keep a spare pair of  sunglasses in my park bag due to a fear of losing/breaking mine, which has never happened thankfully! But if it ever does, I am prepared! I cannot stand being out in the sun without sunglasses so it is comforting to know I won't be stuck there without any. I think these are sucha a great deal and super cute!

The all important battery pack!
Clean hands!!
A must for us big girl thighs!

Packing for Epcot

Epcot is my favorite! I can't even list all of the reasons why. There's a lot to do and even after all these years, I still feel like I haven't done it all. There's still so much to discover! My #OOTD for Epcot...

I LOVE this shirt I also love that I don't recall seeing anyone wearing it in the parks on previous trips:

I went oversided to pair with these simple biker shorts:

Of course, my Hokas! The BEST shoes for walking the parks all day. I have terrible arthritis and these shoes make it so much easier on me.
